What the quote form collects

Your name, your phone number, your postcode, what you say needs doing, and any photos you choose to add.

Photos are optional. The form works without them.

The app that receives the form also notes the internet address and the browser it was sent from, to keep out spam and misuse.

To get back to you about the job, to give you a quote, and to arrange and do the work if you go ahead. Nothing else.

Your details are never sold, and never passed to anyone for their own marketing.

What you send goes into Graftday, the job management app the business uses to keep track of its enquiries and jobs. Graftday is run from the UK and its servers are in Ireland. It holds your details on the business's behalf and does nothing with them for itself.

When you send the form, the business is also emailed what you wrote, so the enquiry is seen. The email service that delivers it has parts outside the UK.

The company that hosts this website keeps short technical logs of visits, as any web host does.

How long they are kept

For as long as they are needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. You can ask for them to be removed sooner.

Having your details removed

Call 07716 349257 and ask. They will be removed unless there is a legal reason to keep a record, such as an invoice for work that was done.

You can also ask for a copy of what is held about you, or for a mistake to be put right. If you are unhappy with how your details have been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
